Smith's Johnny Appleseed: A Pioneer Orchardist (E. R. Smith, 1916) pasted into Atkinson's Johnny Appleseed: The Romance of the Sower (New York: Harper & Brothers, 1915). With signatures of William Chauncey Langdon on title page and on Smith's booklet.
